Sunshine State Kids Foundation is a Florida-approved Scholarship Funding Organization (SFO) that administers the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA), the Personalized Education Program (PEP), and the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC/FES-EO).


The information on this site is intended to help families understand our programs and processes. It is not a substitute for the official rules and requirements outlined in our Purchasing Handbook.

 All scholarship programs are governed by Florida law and the policies set forth in our official Purchasing Handbook.

 Applications for our scholarship programs are processed through a secure third-party platform provided by Odyssey. By clicking “Apply Now” or accessing the application portal, you will be directed to Odyssey’s platform and will be subject to their terms of service and privacy policy.
