We Help Families Access the Support They Need

The Sunshine State Kids Foundation is a Florida-approved charity organization and Scholarship Funding Organization dedicated to supporting children through education. We manage two scholarship programs that give families more options for their child’s education.

Partnering with Odyssey, we provide a secure platform for applications and fund management, ensuring that the process is transparent while we support families every step of the way.

Whether your child requires specialized therapies, a different educational environment, or flexible learning materials, our children's foundation is here to help you navigate your options.

Which Scholarship Is Right for My Child?

Not sure which one fits your situation?

Every family’s needs are different. Some students benefit most from therapies and specialized services, while others need flexibility with curriculum or support for private school tuition.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Go to Sunshine State Kids Foundation

Choose "Apply Now" on the homepage to be redirected to our secure platform, powered by Odyssey, where you can join our charity organization dedicated to supporting children through our children's foundation.

Step 2: Create Account or Log in

If you're new to our charity organization, you’ll need to create an account and provide the required information about your child and family. If you're returning, simply log into your existing account to continue supporting children through our children's foundation.

Step 3: Find Your Scholarship and Apply

Scroll to 'Available Scholarships' to discover every program you qualify for and support children through our charity organization. Click 'Apply' next to your scholarship, then upload your documents to the children's foundation.

Step 4: Get Approved

Once your application to the charity organization is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive notification along with the scholarship funding amount aimed to support children through our children's foundation.

Step 5: Use Your Funds

You can use your scholarship funds for eligible expenses through the Odyssey platform, supported by our charity organization. This may include private school tuition, therapies, tutoring, curriculum, or other approved items depending on your program, all aimed at helping our children's foundation to support children in need.

For many expenses related to our charity organization, you’ll need to provide receipts or documentation. We’ll guide you on what’s required to support children through our children's foundation.

Ongoing Support

You can continue using your scholarship throughout the school year as we, a charity organization dedicated to supporting children, are here to assist you. If you have any questions at any point, our children's foundation team is available to help.
